New California Hotel Xindian, Xindian

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were a bit bigger but still had a filty, musty smell and I found hair on the bathroom floor, in the closet, and near the mirrors, they were clean and adequate for everything we needed. The service was well accommodating and very considerate for late check out, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location was right next to Xindain MRT station, which was very convenient. The dining experience, although not their best feature, was better than expected. Overall, a mixed experience but with some positives to highlight.

The hotel's location in the Bitan Scenic Area is perfect for transportation convenience, but the rooms had cleanliness issues with ants and a musty smell. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the dining options were decent. However, the size of the rooms was small and not well-maintained.

The hotel offers a mix of beautiful views of Bitan lake and the convenience of being close to the station. The rooms, though not huge, looked new and were spacious enough, ideal for families. However, lack of parking could be a drawback.
